What is the Gapstars CTO club?
The Gapstars CTO Club is an exclusive network designed for Chief Technology Officers and senior tech leaders navigating the challenges of scaling high-performance engineering teams.
This initiative is built for a dedicated group of professionals who value practical solutions and peer-to-peer exchange. We understand that CTOs often feel less understood within their organizations due to limited technical expertise in the management team. The CTO Club provides a space for open, informal discussions with a small, fixed group of peers facing similar challenges.

Structure of the Initiative
- Four in-person gatherings per year
Regular sessions (17:00 – 20:30) scheduled in consultation with the group to ensure continuity.
- Small, fixed group
A maximum of 12 participants to foster personal and in-depth interactions.
- Flexible location
Initially hosted at our office in Amsterdam, with participants taking turns hosting future sessions.
- Member-driven topics
Discussions are shaped by the group’s current challenges and shared interests.

Meetings take place in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks—no sales pitches or external presentations.
