The Gapstars Academy is the driving force behind our learning culture at Gapstars. As a member of our Community, you gain exclusive access to a wealth of learning resources. These include our Space Portal, a comprehensive hub offering a diverse range of online courses across multiple specializations, our Library filled with personal development books, and expertly-led workshops delivered by our in-house specialists. We are here to help you grow as a well rounded professional.
Cultural Awareness Training
Drawing from 'The Culture Map,' by Erin Meyer, our training explores 8 cultural dimensions including communication, decision making, feedback and leadership. The workshops delivered by the Academy team will help you understand each other better to work more effectively together.
This workshop should be scheduled after 3 months of working together with your new team, and the Academy team is available throughout your journey with Gapstars to help you navigate working cross culturally.
The Space Portal
The Space Portal is our dedicated internal learning platform, offering our community access to an extensive library of self-paced courses, live training sessions, and expert-led technical talks curated by the Gapstars Academy. With over 200 courses available, we provide comprehensive learning opportunities that go beyond technical expertise, covering essential soft skills to help our community thrive and grow as well-rounded professionals.
