What You’ll Do
● Design, build, and scale core features and services across our full-stack (Laravel PHP, Node.js, React, Next.js).
● Take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
● Collaborate directly with product, design, and other engineers to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
● Lead with a “think like an owner” mindset, challenge requirements, suggest improvements, and help prioritize work that delivers real value.
● Help shape our technical direction as we evolve from a feature factory into a platform-first company.
● Work with the entire team to adopt new technologies and improve existing usage of technologies.
● Participate in and elevate our engineering culture, mentorship, code reviews, and architectural discussions are expected, not optional.

● Backend: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js)
● Frontend: React, Next.js, Inertia (with Laravel)
● Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes
● Other Tools: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs

Who You Are
● 10+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with demonstrable depth in both frontend and backend development, specifically with Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, and GCP.
● Startup or scale-up experience, you’ve worn multiple hats, made trade-offs under pressure, and shipped fast without sacrificing quality.
● Strong fundamentals in system design, clean code, testing, and debugging. Expertise includes Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), data structures & algorithms, Agile methodologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API design, Domain Driven Development.
● Product-oriented, you care as much about the why as the how, and you want to build software that solves real problems.
● You enjoy simplifying experiences for both customers and colleagues, proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
● Comfortable working autonomously in distributed teams and async environments.
● Clear communicator who values transparency, ownership, and pragmatism.

Nice to Have
● Experience building SaaS products or platforms.
● Familiarity with GCP tools and infrastructure best practices.
● Exposure to European markets or experience working in international teams.
