About the Role

The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Engineer with significant back-end experience, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications that power AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to ensure both front-end and back-end systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Development of front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services using Python (Flask,
FastAPI, or Django).
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability (PostgreSQL).
Automate CI/CD pipelines and oversee AWS cloud deployments.
Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for development.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer or back-end engineer.
Expertise in JavaScript, React, and Python as back-end.
Strong understanding of database management (PostgreSQL).
Experience with cloud deployments and DevOps tools.
Experience with application performance optimization
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Experience with AI-powered engineering tooling
This is not a role for someone who has only worked on small, isolated tasks or who requires constant direction.
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
Exposure working with large datasets.
Familiarity with security best practices in web development.
