The Opportunity

As a QA Engineer on a 6-month contract, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through meticulous manual testing. You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other QA team members to design and execute comprehensive test cases, identify defects, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Your work will directly impact the user experience and the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually test new tickets, features, and bug fixes before release

  • Validate that implemented functionality matches product specifications

  • Report and document issues clearly, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results

  • Collaborate closely with developers to clarify findings and verify fixes

  • Align test results with product management to ensure business requirements are met

  • Support quick testing cycles within a high‐velocity, multi‐tasking development environment

  • Perform regression checks after frequent iterations to ensure platform stability

  • Maintain test cases and continuously improve manual test coverage

Requirements

  • Experience with manual software testing in a dynamic or startup environment

  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to finding and documenting issues

  • Excellent communication skills for cross‐functional alignment with developers and product managers

  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes, multiple parallel tasks, and tight timelines

  • Basic understanding of web technologies and eCommerce platforms is a plus
