About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us enhance and scale the core infrastructure and user-facing components of our platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing backend architecture while also building intuitive, responsive frontend experiences. Working closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers, you’ll drive new AI-driven solutions and ensure our systems are designed to scale with the future of our platform. What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with AI Engineers and Product Team: Partner with AI Engineers and Product Managers to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that align with our product vision and drive real business outcomes.
Develop End-to-End Features: Build scalable backend systems (Node.js) and user-friendly frontend interfaces (React + Tailwind), taking ownership of the full development cycle.
Drive Technical Leadership: Lead the development of high-quality, scalable solutions, making key architectural decisions for both backend and frontend.
Champion Quality & Innovation: Maintain a strong focus on Continuous Integration, code quality, testing, and performance optimization across the stack.
Propose & Implement Enhancements: Identify opportunities to improve both backend scalability and frontend user experience, ensuring constant innovation and impact.
Languages & Frameworks: Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript with strong experience in Node.js (backend) and React + TailwindCSS (frontend).
Frontend Expertise: Skilled in building responsive, user-centric interfaces with modern FE tooling.
Backend Expertise: Experience with backend frameworks, architectures, and scalable API development (REST/GraphQL). • Database Design: Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL), schema design, and query optimization.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform). •
CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipelines and DevOps practices using Terraform.
Quality Assurance: Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
