We are looking for a Financial Controller to support the development of a scalable, high‑quality finance function. The role involves financial control, reporting, systems improvement, and supporting automation initiatives within a multi‑entity environment.

Key Responsibilities Financial Control & Reporting

• Lead month-end close, consolidation, and management reporting

• Deliver accurate financial results within agreed deadlines

• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with local GAAP

• Implement consistent accounting policies and internal controls

Systems, Processes & Automation

• Identify and automate manual finance processes

• Support the selection and implementation of an ERP system

• Ensure data accuracy across Finance, CRM, and operational systems

Financial Operations

• Oversee AP, AR, and expense management

• Lead cashflow forecasting and working capital monitoring

• Support improvements in invoicing and order‑to‑cash processes

• Maintain intercompany balances and group accounting entries

Governance & Compliance

• Maintain a strong internal control environment

• Ensure audit‑ready accounts across all entities

• Support tax, VAT, and statutory compliance

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams

• Provide insights on profitability, pricing, and performance

• Contribute to dashboards and data‑driven reporting

Profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or multi‑entity environments is a plus

• Strong systems mindset and interest in automation

• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
