We are seeking an Audit Manager / Engagement Leader to oversee audit engagements, coordinate teams, and act as the primary point of contact for clients. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally.

What You Will Do

• Lead audit teams and ensure efficient task allocation

• Coach and support junior and senior audit assistants

• Prepare audit programs and execution plans

• Perform complex audit procedures (e.g., PPA, tax positions)

• Draft audit reports, management letters, and technical memos

• Review work performed by assistants and ensure audit quality

• Manage planning, budgeting, and timelines for engagements

• Identify risks and advisory opportunities

• Maintain close communication with external auditors

• Work with clients across sectors such as technology, services, retail, and industry
  

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in audit

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (or post‑master in progress)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for audit and continuous learning

• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
