About the Role
You are a key contributor to our core platform. You are a reliable and independent engineer who can take on well-defined problems and deliver high-quality, robust code. You will work within our backend discipline to build and enhance features, solve technical challenges, and contribute to a codebase that serves a global user base. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills within a complex, product-focused environment.
Develop and maintain features for our core backend application using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
Implement solutions that interact with our PostgreSQL database via an ORM
Write clean, maintainable, and performant code that works effectively within a Docker container
Collaborate with other engineers to solve technical problems and ship features
Contribute to the overall stability and performance of the platform
Professional experience building applications with Python
Experience with a major Python web framework like Django/DRF or FastAPI
A foundational understanding of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Docker
An eagerness to learn and grow within a product-driven environment.
