The Role

We’re looking for a Finance & ISO Expert who brings order and ownership to our financial operations from invoicing and reporting to budget management and ISO administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring both financial accuracy and ISO compliance across the organization.

  • Create and send invoices and track incoming payments

  • Manage accounts receivable and maintain up-to-date overviews of financial flows

  • Coordinate with bookkeeping partners and prepare monthly input

  • Support VAT filings and assist with monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Manage budgets and spending overviews per department or proje

  • Maintain and optimize financial dashboards and reports in Monitr

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial closings

  • Manage ISO administration in Vanta: track task completion, log actions, and maintain documentati

  • Monitor audit readiness, policy updates, and compliance actions

  • Report ISO status and risks to leadership

  • Optimize financial workflows and automations (invoicing, reporting, budget tracking)

  • Document processes and create clear internal checklists

The Role

Assistant Manager - Finance / ISO

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations coordination.

  • Skilled in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, VAT reporting, budgeting, and financial administration.

  • Comfortable working with tools like Exact (or similar platforms), Excel/Google Sheets, and Monitr/PowerBI/Looker/Tableau/or similar dashboards.

  • Experience or strong interest in ISO 27001 or ISO compliance is a plus.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proactive, trustworthy, and independent.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
