The Role
The data analyst will be part of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team, which consists of one machine learning engineer and a data engineer. The team is part of the finance department but is working closely with other product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate would be experienced in running data analyses, translating the outcomes to business stakeholders, and working with data visualisation tooling.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Provide data insights in an understandable way so that other teams can base their decision-making on your findings.
Engage in analysing data from multiple data sources to drive decision-making;
Work on our real-time in-product reporting (hosted on Looker), which is one of the driving forces behind our SaaS platform’s success;
Actively contribute to the company’s data strategy;
Collaborate with data engineers, delivery, and product management teams to build on Harver’s business intelligence products;
Play an active role in the development and maintenance of a fast-growing Business Intelligence platform;
Experience transforming data into business value for internal stakeholders;
Data visualisation skills or experience with BI tooling such as Looker, QuickSight or Yellowfin;
Experience working with relational databases, including SQL querying skills;
4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Additionally, it would be nice to have:
Familiarity with Python or R.
Strong in statistics
