About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who loves connecting dots between data, creative, and technology. In this role, you’ll execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly, and experiment with new tools that help us attract the right kind of partners across Europe. You’ll own everything from tracking and analytics to landing pages, automation, and ad campaign execution, ensuring every digital touchpoint performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn & and CRM tools..
Manage and optimize website and landing page performance with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Implement and maintain tracking systems across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Own HubSpot/bullhorn CRM operations, including workflow automation, audience segmentation, and outbound partner communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging, design, and campaign execution.
Manage existing marketing products like website chatbot & assessments.
Analyze campaign and web performance data, providing actionable meticulous reporting and recommendations to improve ROI.
Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Ensure compliance with brand and communication standards across all digital assets.
Identify and implement innovative methodologies and tools to improve sales conversions and marketing execution and analytical procedures either through hands-on low code building, sourcing or building through vendor partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance media, analytics, and technology to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Effective communication skills in an international, multicultural environment with the ability to present findings and campaign performance clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in growth or digital marketing within a B2B or technology-focused organization.
Demonstrated experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and digital tracking best practices.
Experience managing or supporting HubSpot or other CRM tools.
Proficiency in WordPress or equivalent CMS platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive learner with the ability to adopt and implement new marketing technologies.
