Role purpose

Own the day-to-day delivery of internal product initiatives and provide hands-on delivery support to client teams when required. Convert agreed product priorities into clear, development-ready work and coordinate delivery from discovery and requirement clarification through UAT, release and adoption. Use AI-assisted approaches to improve delivery speed, clarity and quality.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a prioritised, refinement-ready product backlog.
Work with business stakeholders to clarify problems, workflows, rules and expected outcomes.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and supporting documentation.
Coordinate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and stakeholder follow-ups.
Ensure requirements, dependencies and decisions are resolved before development starts.
Lead UAT coordination, defect follow-up, release readiness and business acceptance.
Track delivery progress, risks, blockers and scope changes, escalating when required.
Maintain release notes and provide concise delivery updates to stakeholders.
Support adoption by ensuring users receive the required guidance and operational documentation.
Use AI-assisted tools throughout discovery, requirement analysis, documentation, backlog refinement, UAT preparation and delivery reporting, while validating the accuracy and quality of generated outputs.
Identify suitable AI and automation opportunities within business workflows and work with stakeholders and engineering to validate their value, feasibility and operational impact.
Be available for deployment into client teams when required to support their delivery needs.
Continuously improve the product delivery process using delivery data and team feedback.

The Role

AI Native Delivery Manager

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership or business analysis for software products.
Strong ability to translate business needs into precise, testable requirements.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, UAT and software releases.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through without close supervision.
Good understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, data flows and role-based systems.
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools in product delivery, business analysis or software delivery workflows. Experience with internal platforms, HR technology or data products is an advantage.
