About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Platform Lead to help make digital platforms ready for LLMs, AI agents, and business-to-agent interactions.
This role is focused on building the technical foundation that allows AI agents to safely understand, access, and operate across digital ecosystem. You will work on agentic browsing readiness, AI-readable data, secure integrations, reusable APIs, and AWS-based platform capabilities.
This is not a pure AWS, data engineering, or GenAI development role. The ideal candidate is a senior platform builder with strong AI curiosity and hands-on experience in making data, websites, and systems ready for AI and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Build the technical foundation for AI agents, LLM visibility, and agentic browsing.
Make website data, product data, and business information readable and usable by AI systems.
Fetch, structure, and expose data from sources such as SharePoint, SAP, APIs, and internal systems.
Design secure, governed, and reusable APIs for AI/LLM and business use cases.
Work with frontend and platform teams on agent-ready web journeys, including WebMCP, agent-readable forms, semantic accessibility, layout stability, llms.txt, and CI/CD quality checks.
Build trusted datasets and pipelines that support analytics, AI, and agentic workflows.
Ensure data quality, permissions, security, governance, and observability across AI-enabled workflows.
Partner with marketing, e-commerce, product, data, and engineering teams to improve AI search readiness and digital visibility.
Stay updated on AI, agentic browsing, LLM discovery, e-commerce, SEO/GEO, and emerging web platform standards.

The Role

Requirements

Senior-level experience in AI platform engineering, software/platform engineering, AWS engineering, or data engineering.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, AI-ready data platforms, or agentic workflows.
Hands-on experience with AWS-based platforms and cloud-native architecture.
Experience building APIs, integrations, pipelines, and reliable data products.
Good understanding of data governance, security, permissions, and quality.
Experience working with e-commerce, digital platforms, or business-critical web systems.
Ability to bridge AI, data, web, and platform engineering discussions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP, SharePoint, or enterprise data integrations.
Knowledge of SEO, GEO, LLM visibility, or AI search readiness.
Experience with semantic HTML, accessibility, frontend platform quality, web performance, or layout stability.
Familiarity with WebMCP, llms.txt, agent-readable forms, or agentic browsing concepts.
Experience in retail, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
