About the roleYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable financial administration within a growing international organization. The role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and controls, ensuring the integrity of financial processes and supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities- Co-responsible for the financial administration of hotels in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium
- Checking and reconciling hotel revenue reports from hotel systems with the financial administration
- Managing and improving the accounts receivable process, including timely collection of outstanding invoices and customer contact
- Preparing financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Identifying deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement in financial processes
- Supporting and coordinating the external audit process
- Actively improving financial systems and processes, with a focus on scalability across multiple countries
