About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Finance Personnel to take ownership of the day-to-day finance administration, support the monthly closing process, and perform operational checks and controls on the core business process.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong finance foundation, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to work independently. We are intentionally looking for a candidate with a somewhat more senior profile than a traditional finance administrator, so this person can take ownership, maintain structure, and act proactively with limited supervision.
You will be responsible for managing the finance administration end-to-end while also being actively involved in the day-to-day checks of the core business process. You will help ensure that operational activities are accurately reflected in the financial administration, that discrepancies are identified quickly, and that month-end closing is well supported.
This role combines accounting, operational control, reconciliations, and process ownership. It is ideal for someone who is hands-on, structured, and comfortable operating in an international environment.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, financial controls, and process discipline
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement stronger controls and more efficient ways of working
We are looking for a candidate who combines strong accounting knowledge with a control-oriented mindset. The ideal person is reliable, analytical, proactive, and able to independently manage finance and control-related responsibilities in a structured way.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or financial control

Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an international setup
