The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including customer administration, license applications and management, and processing customer data.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good command of the English language
Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of Azure cloud environments
Experience with Microsoft license management
Experience with Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider)
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Responsibilities
Managing customer administration
Applying for and managing licenses
Processing and maintaining customer data
Providing support for various administrative tasks
Staying updated on and tracking Microsoft promotions related to license management, licensing costs, and bundles
