Gapstars is seeking a dynamic professional who can excel as both an HR Business Partner and Learning & Development (L&D) Executive. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced individual looking to elevate their career by combining strategic HR practices with hands-on L&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a determination to achieve the best results.
Key Responsibilities
1.HR Partnership & Employee Engagement:
Act as the primary HR Business Partner for employees and clients, fostering collaboration and engagement.
Drive employee wellness initiatives, including grievance handling, coaching, and mentoring to enhance work-life balance.
Align HR strategies, policies, and practices with organisational and client needs.
Support organisational change initiatives, and partner with managers to ensure successful implementation.
2. Performance Management:
Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Coach team leads on effective leadership and management practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, the client delivery team, Team Leads, and employees, to drive action from feedback.
3. Learning & Development Initiatives:
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in developing, purchasing, and sharing training programs and learning content.
Build partnerships with external trainers and support ongoing training programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and design solutions.
Implement new group training initiatives every quarter based on training needs analysis.
Build and implement a Gapstars Academy strategy to continue to grow the Academy.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in L&D / HRD
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, and ability to use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Confident, energetic and personable characteristics.
