Convert agreed product priorities into clear, development-ready work and coordinate delivery from discovery and requirement clarification through UAT, release and adoption. Use AI-assisted approaches to improve delivery speed, clarity and quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a prioritised, refinement-ready product backlog.\n<li>Work with business stakeholders to clarify problems, workflows, rules and expected outcomes.\n<li>Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and supporting documentation.\n<li>Coordinate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and stakeholder follow-ups.\n<li>Ensure requirements, dependencies and decisions are resolved before development starts.\n<li>Lead UAT coordination, defect follow-up, release readiness and business acceptance.\n<li>Track delivery progress, risks, blockers and scope changes, escalating when required.\n<li>Maintain release notes and provide concise delivery updates to stakeholders.\n<li>Support adoption by ensuring users receive the required guidance and operational documentation.\n<li>Use AI-assisted tools throughout discovery, requirement analysis, documentation, backlog refinement, UAT preparation and delivery reporting, while validating the accuracy and quality of generated outputs.\n<li>Identify suitable AI and automation opportunities within business workflows and work with stakeholders and engineering to validate their value, feasibility and operational impact.\n<li>Be available for deployment into client teams when required to support their delivery needs.\n<li>Continuously improve the product delivery process using delivery data and team feedback.<\/ul>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>7+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership or business analysis for software products.\n<li>Strong ability to translate business needs into precise, testable requirements.\n<li>Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, UAT and software releases.\n<li>Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and written communication skills.\n<li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through without close supervision.\n<li>Good understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, data flows and role-based systems.\n<li>Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools in product delivery, business analysis or software delivery workflows.
