The Role<\/strong>
We are looking for a highly motivated PHP (Laravel)\u00a0Developer who wants to grow and to help Vesper get to the next level.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will continuously be working on improving the product, the team, and yourself, either by excelling in (parts of) our products, identifying existing technical challenges and owning them, or by joining backlog reviews and representing the development team\u2019s interests. You are proactive and passionate about the team and product, either as a specialist or generalist, and will get both the freedom and responsibility to bring us to the next level.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0Data Integration:<\/strong> Design, develop, and implement data ingestion processes to integrate data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party services.
\u25cf\u00a0Data Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated data.
\u25cf\u00a0Performance Optimization:<\/strong> Monitor and optimize the performance of data processing workflows and database queries to enhance system efficiency.
\u25cf Deploy and run your own code in our production environment\u00a0
\u25cf Identify existing technical challenges and take ownership to create a solution\u00a0
\u25cf Actively help junior developers in your team to grow and offer guidance where needed\u00a0<\/p>\n

Key Requirements\u00a0<\/strong>
\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field\u00a0
\u25cf 4+ years experience in back-end development\u00a0
\u25cf Solid knowledge of our development ecosystem: PHP (Laravel), Databases (MySQL), Git\/Github, CI\/CD\u00a0
\u25cf Fluent in English\u00a0
\u25cf Strong communication skills and teamwork\u00a0
