Working closely with experienced accountants, you&#8217;ll also mentor junior team members, contribute to client engagements, and play an active role in supporting the team&#8217;s continued growth and development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently prepare (consolidated) annual financial statements.\n<li>Prepare income tax (IB), VAT (OB), and corporate income tax (VPB) returns.\n<li>Set up and automate accounting administrations.\n<li>Analyze and communicate interim financial reports and performance figures.\n<li>Develop and maintain financial dashboards.\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact for annual accounts and accounting administration.\n<li>Identify advisory opportunities for clients.\n<li>Support and execute advisory assignments.<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong digital skills and affinity for modern systems and processes.\n<li>Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook).\n<li>Experience with data analysis.\n<li>Project management skills.\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n<li>Strong understanding of external financial reporting standards and their application.\n<li>Stay up to date with technical accounting developments and ensure continuous quality improvement.<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks &#038; Benefits<\/strong><br \/>We believe taking care of our people is non-negotiable.
