About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for structurally improving and safeguarding software quality and security across the product team. This role focuses on building a practical and scalable quality foundation, improving release stability, and ensuring that quality and security are embedded early in the development lifecycle. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic direction, working closely with engineering and product teams to reduce production issues, improve testing practices, and increase overall team maturity<\/p>\n

    Own the QA Process:<\/strong> Define, structure, and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and methodologies.<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Team Guidance:<\/strong> Manage, mentor, and foster growth within the QA team, ensuring accountability and high performance.<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Partner closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to align testing strategies with product requirements and release schedules.<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Clear Communication:<\/strong> Serve as the primary point of contact for all things QA, effectively communicating release readiness, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n

      Modern Test Engineering:<\/strong> Drive the adoption of TypeScript<\/strong> and Playwright<\/strong> for robust automation, alongside TestRail<\/strong> for comprehensive test case management.<\/p>\n

      AI-Driven Testing:<\/strong> Pioneer the use of AI tools to accelerate and optimize the creation of robust test cases, staying ahead of industry trends.<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Continuous Integration:<\/strong> Collaborate with DevOps\/Engineering to integrate automated Playwright test suites into the CI\/CD pipeline<\/strong> (experience here is highly valued!).<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n

        Experience:<\/strong>\u00a07+ years of dedicated QA experience, with at least 2 years in a formal Team Management\/Leadership role<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Current Role:<\/strong> Currently serving as a QA Team Lead.<\/p>\n

        Tech Stack:<\/strong> Hands-on automation experience using TypeScript<\/strong> and Playwright<\/strong>, with a strong background in TestRail<\/strong> for test management and execution tracking.<\/p>\n

        AI Tooling:<\/strong> Proven ability or strong familiarity with using AI utilities to draft, refine, and optimize test cases.<\/p>\n
