About the Role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The specialist will work closely with\u00a0the internal SEO\/GEO Lead and the external agency partner to execute SEO and GEO recommendations, clear backlogs, improve rankings, and turn technical and content actions into live improvements.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a hands-on execution role, not a purely strategic SEO position. The ideal candidate should be proactive, structured, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in agile sprints. The immediate focus will be on improving category rankings, writing and optimizing content, identifying low-hanging technical SEO opportunities, and supporting GEO initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role also requires an AI-native mindset, with the ability to use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or AI agents to improve speed, quality, and scale of SEO workflows.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Execute daily SEO and GEO optimization activities in collaboration with the internal SEO\/GEO Lead.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Improve rankings for key product and category pages.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Translate agency recommendations into practical CMS updates, content improvements, and technical tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Conduct technical SEO scans and identify issues related to crawlability, indexability, page speed, structured data, and website architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Implement and optimize Schema Markup to improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, and other AI-driven search experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Create clear SEO\/GEO tickets for the IT Manager and development team.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Build, update, and optimize website pages within the CMS.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Improve on-page SEO elements such as headings, metadata, internal links, copy, image tags, and schema.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Use AI tools and agents to support SEO research, content production, optimization, and reporting.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • \n

    Support link building and digital outreach campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n

      5\u20136 years of experience in SEO, with strong exposure to Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Content Optimization.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts such as SSR, structured data, Schema Markup, page speed, crawlability, indexing, redirects, and website architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, or similar e-commerce CMS systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Experience translating SEO requirements into clear technical tickets for development teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Comfortable working with developers, marketers, and external agency partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • \n

      Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or AI agents in daily workflows.<\/span><\/p>\n
