You\u2019ll help design, build, and evaluate AI systems that are reliable, measurable, and actually useful, not just demos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You&#8217;ll contribute to our platform migration, and help raise the bar on how we build software, including bringing your AI-first working methods to the broader team. This is not a role for someone who wants to be told what to build. We expect seniors to reason about tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, and take end-to-end ownership of features and systems.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Develop AI-powered applications from prototype to production using modern LLM frameworks and APIs<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Design evals and metrics that measure real-world performance (accuracy, latency, UX quality, safety)<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases and LLMs<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Implement data pipelines, retraining workflows, and monitoring tools that keep models current and performant<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Develop and implement context engineering strategies to improve output quality and control hallucination risks<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Collaborate with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to understand business needs and build systems that scale and fail gracefully<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Apply agentic AI patterns (tool use, planning, reflection loops) pragmatically, choosing the right level of complexity for each use case<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Champion good engineering practices: code reviews, testing, observability, CI\/CD, reproducibility<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and explainability standards<\/p>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Share AI workflows, patterns, and tooling knowledge actively with the team.
