About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019re responsible for designing, building, and maintaining product features with a strong focus on quality, ownership, and reliability. This role operates within the product teams, which are evolving towards smaller, cross-functional setups where engineers take end-to-end responsibility for their work. You will combine hands-on development with a proactive mindset towards quality, ensuring that features are not only delivered, but also robust, scalable, and maintainable in production. You work across the stack where needed and contribute to continuous improvement of both the codebase and development practices.<\/p>\n

    Feature Ownership & Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u25cf Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design through to production and maintenance<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Translate functional and technical requirements into robust, scalable implementations<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers<\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    2. Full-Stack Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u25cf Contribute across the stack (Laravel backend and Next.js<\/a> frontend) where needed<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code in PHP and TypeScript<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Work within architectural guidelines while contributing to technical improvements<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Support integrations and ensure reliable communication between systems<\/p>\n

    3. Quality & Reliability<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u25cf Design and implement unit and integration tests to prevent regressions<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Think beyond the \u201chappy path\u201d by identifying edge cases, failure scenarios, and risks<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Ensure software is reliable, secure, and performs well in production<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Contribute to improving testing practices and overall code quality<\/p>\n

    4. Production Ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u25cf Monitor application behavior using logs, metrics, and error tracking<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Debug and resolve production issues in a structured and sustainable way<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Contribute to improving observability and incident response<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Strong sense of ownership and ability to independently drive features<\/p>\n

    \u25cf Solid understanding of software quality (testing, debugging, maintainability)<\/p>\n
