What You\u2019ll Do<\/u><\/strong>
\u25cf Design, build, and scale core features and services across our full-stack (React, Laravel PHP, Node.js, , Next.js).
\u25cf Take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
\u25cf Collaborate directly with product, design, and other engineers to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
\u25cf Lead with a \u201cthink like an owner\u201d mindset, challenge requirements, suggest improvements, and help prioritize work that delivers real value.
\u25cf Help shape our technical direction as we evolve from a feature factory into a platform-first company.
\u25cf Work with the entire team to adopt new technologies and improve existing usage of technologies.
\u25cf Participate in and elevate our engineering culture, mentorship, code reviews, and architectural discussions are expected, not optional.<\/p>\n

Who You Are<\/u><\/strong>
\u25cf 5\u20136+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with demonstrable depth in both frontend and backend development, specifically with React, Laravel, Node.js<\/a>, Next.js<\/a>, and GCP.
\u25cf Startup or scale-up experience, you\u2019ve worn multiple hats, made trade-offs under pressure, and shipped fast without sacrificing quality.
\u25cf Strong fundamentals in system design, clean code, testing, and debugging. Expertise includes Git, CI\/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), data structures & algorithms, Agile methodologies, SQL\/NoSQL databases, and API design, Domain Driven Development.
\u25cf Product-oriented, you care as much about the why as the how, and you want to build software that solves real problems.
\u25cf You enjoy simplifying experiences for both customers and colleagues, proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
\u25cf Comfortable working autonomously in distributed teams and async environments.
\u25cf Clear communicator who values transparency, ownership, and pragmatism.<\/p>\n

Nice to Have<\/u><\/strong>
\u25cf Experience building SaaS products or platforms.
\u25cf Familiarity with GCP tools and infrastructure best practices.
