The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building large-scale SaaS applications, leading development teams, and implementing best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.<\/p>","requirements":"<p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB (or other NoSQL Databases)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end and back-end components<\/p><\/li><li><p>Architect, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services<\/p><\/li><li><p>Implement authentication and security mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) to protect application data<\/p><\/li><li><p>Work closely with UI\/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces<\/p><\/li><li><p>Optimize application performance by implementing best practices<\/p><\/li><li><p>Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards<\/p><\/li><li><p>Conduct Unit Testing and Integration Testing using Jest to ensure software reliability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Work in an Agile\/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule<\/p><\/li><li><p>Lead and contribute to the entire software development life-cycle, from ideation and planning to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Refactor and optimize existing code base to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Take ownership of key modules or components, ensuring their stability, security, and seamless integration with the overall system<\/p><\/li><li><p>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and other engineering teams) to translate requirements into technical solutions<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: start;min-height: 1.7em;\"><\/p><p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong><u>Technical Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Expertise in <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/react.js\/\">React.js<\/a> and its core principles (Hooks, Context API, Component Lifecycle) and <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/node.js\/\">Node.js<\/a> (Express.js, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Authentication, Performance Optimization, Asynchronous Programming, Database Integration \u2013 NoSQL)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development techniques<\/p><\/li><li><p>Proficiency in Redux (or Context API) for state management<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong UI\/UX understanding, experience with styled-components<\/p><\/li><li><p>Experience in writing custom hooks and reusable components<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong experience in <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/node.js\/\">Node.js<\/a> and <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/express.js\/\">Express.js<\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p>Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and their design principles<\/p><\/li><li><p>Expertise in authentication and security implementation (JWT, OAuth)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Expertise in MongoDB (Schema design, Aggregation, Indexing, Projection)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Experience in Unit Testing &amp; Integration Testing (Jest)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code following SOLID principles<\/p><\/li><li><p>Familiarity with Linting tools (ESLint, Prettier) and static code analysis<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: start;min-height: 1.7em;\"><\/p><p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong><u>Experience &amp;
