Local hiring for mid-to-senior finance roles with IFRS or regulatory expertise can take two to four months. Nearshore talent can close that gap, but only if the provider understands Dutch accounting work. This guide covers what to check before you sign anything.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nearshore or offshore: why the distinction matters<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearshore usually means talent in a nearby country with a similar time zone and easy travel.
