About the Role
We are seeking for a skilled .NET MAUI developer preferably with experience in migrating from Xamarin to .NET MAUI. We currently have an existing App that has been created in Xamarin that has to be rebuilt in .NET MAUI. The app is used during elections. The app allows users to interact with their local government via a built-in chat function and has a built-in list of tasks the user must execute.
Your role is to upgrade the existing app from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.
We expect this assignment to be completed in 3 months (or 6 sprints).
The app that needs to be rebuilt is used during elections as a tool for polling members. These are volunteers that help the elections go smoothly on election day. The polling members are guided by the local municipality. That’s where the app comes in. The app assists the municipality and polling station members in carrying out tasks during election days. It helps systematically navigate the election day process, ensuring you don’t forget any tasks. If you have questions, you can contact the municipality directly via a built-in chat functionality.
