Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain features within our platform using modern technologies and frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Integrate and manage APIs, data sources, and third-party services.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure platform stability and performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify areas for enhancement.

• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with modern frameworks such as NextJS, React, Node.js.

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform or AWS).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerisation.

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data integration processes.

• Proficiency in writing clean, testable code, including experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with performance management or HR-related systems.

• Familiarity with AI related technologies.
