We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our business development efforts within the EU market. You’ll be working closely with our sales teams in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and UAE (based in UAE & Colombo). Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Gapstars, you will play a key role in supporting our EU-focused sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include generating high-quality lead lists, maintaining clean data in our CRM, and conducting precise research into potential clients within the software, SaaS, and agency markets. Using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Lusha, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of lead data. Given the collaborative nature of this role, you’ll work closely with our sales teams in Amsterdam and the UAE to align on strategies and support business goals. This role offers the chance to grow your skills in outreach and engagement as you progress.


Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation: Develop and manage accurate lead lists in HubSpot, focusing on high-potential companies in the EU software, SaaS, and agency markets.

● Data Accuracy: Ensure clean, reliable data in HubSpot by carefully verifying information and proactively seeking clarification when necessary.

● Prospecting: Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential prospects.

● CRM Management: Keep HubSpot CRM up-to-date with accurate lead data, enabling seamless collaboration with the Amsterdam and UAE sales teams.

● Data Enrichment: Enrich lead data by verifying contact information with tools like Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

● Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams in Amsterdam and the UAE, aligning on target profiles, lead generation strategies, and maintaining data standards.
