The Role
As a Microsoft Windows Server specialist, your core mission is ensuring the seamless operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure. You’ll be the expert they turn to for resolving technical challenges, managing servers, and safeguarding their systems. Your deep understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and VMware will be key to your success.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving escalated technical issues from the service desk.
- Managing and maintaining on-premises and cloud servers.
- Ensuring client system security (firewalls, access points, etc.).
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with other technical team members for seamless support.
- Handling system administration tickets and tasks.
- Training and assisting service desk engineers.
- Staying current with the latest technologies and trends.
- Communicating technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of issues and ensuring their resolution.
