Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Azure environment, ensuring stability, performance, cost-effectiveness, and security. This role is critical to the success of the infrastructure, and we're looking for someone with hands-on experience managing client Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain a range of Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Kubernetes clusters, and Databases.

• Optimize cloud performance and cost-efficiency through capacity planning and right-sizing.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure integration aligns with architectural and security guidelines.

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network configurations, and security vulnerabilities.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO.

• Implement monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana, including alerts and dashboards.

• Conduct disaster recovery testing to validate response effectiveness and ensure minimal downtime.

• Stay current with Azure’s evolving services, evaluating and proposing solutions where appropriate.

• Drive continuous improvements in scalability, reliability, cost, and security.

Secondary Responsibilities – At Least One Required

• Write, maintain, and improve GitHub Actions for application build, deployment, and testing pipelines.

• Develop and maintain End-to-End (E2E) tests using frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using .NET.

• Create, train, and manage AI agents powered by Azure-hosted LLMs.

• Design, train, and manage ML models, including data pipeline creation and maintenance.
